3. Tournaments & Competitive Play

• Participation in tournaments is subject to specific rules and eligibility requirements
• Tournament rules, formats, prizes, and schedules may change at any time
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, collusion, or using unauthorized software is strictly prohibited
• GAN reserves the right to disqualify players, revoke prizes, or suspend accounts for violations

All tournament decisions made by GAN or its partners are final.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions

• Some features require paid subscriptions
• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and benefits are displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled

Payments

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• GAN does not store full payment card details
• Prices may change at any time with prior notice

Refunds

Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable, including tournament entry fees and subscription charges.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Cheat, hack, exploit, or manipulate gameplay
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use GAN for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Upload harmful code or disrupt platform functionality

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Gamers Arena Network, including but not limited to:

• Logos, branding, graphics
• Website and app design
• Software and code
• Tournament formats and content

is owned by or licensed to GAN and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., usernames, profile images, messages), you grant GAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

8. Termination

GAN reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations
• Remove access to Services without prior notice
• Deny participation in tournaments

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately end.

9. Disclaimers

Gamers Arena Network is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Tournament availability at all times
• Specific outcomes or winnings

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAN shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or virtual items
• Account suspensions or disqualifications
• Technical issues or service interruptions

GAN's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, if any.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamers Arena Network from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any applicable laws
